Bloodthirsty Orb item
Bloodthirsty Orb is a passive item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a yin-yang orb familiar that drips blood above Isaac's head. By killing enemies, it creates and stores red hearts for Isaac to use when needed.
Killing enemies with a total max HP of 50 + 30 × CurrentFloor will create half a heart.
If Isaac's heart containers are not full, they will be filled using the hearts within the orb.
